    The new me!!!!!

Well all a lot has changed since I last posted on here. I ended up in a relationship that turned really shitty really quick. Thankfully I am not the type of girl to let that kind of thing go on long. I am not shy about my thoughts on abusive relationships. Verbal and emotional abuse is just as bad if not worse then physical abuse. They both do emence amounts of damage if you don’t recognize what’s going on and get out off it. An unhealthy relationship is the last thing anyone needs. We all have enough problems to deal with in life, we don’t need to put up with that from someone we care about.

In my push to rid my life of the drama related to that relationship I have also been pushing myself to get back in shape. It’s been 5 months since my las ciggarette and I’m not drinking. I have been dieting and working out. I’m going to be starting p90x soon and will be using this as my online journal. You will get pics, reciepes, workout reports, and me venting about my struggle. I can’t wait to share this with all of you. It’s not going to be easy and I may breakdown…a few times. But it will all be worth it in the end.

There is a brand new me on the way.

Q&A of the Day: Paula Forbes @ Eater caught up with human-food-processor Harley Morenstein of Epic Meal Time fame, and asked him the one question that’s been on everyone’s mind: Does anyone ever throw up after eating one of your creations?

No. Two things: One, we have not had anyone throw up. We have not had any stomach aches yet. People go into food comas but that’s different from you know being sick from the food. We also don’t waste any of the food. If the person on screen doesn’t finish it, someone else is there to finish it. Yeah, it’s always delicious. We’ve been doing events now in the city we live in where we’ve been making creations for people and they love it. Everything we’ve created so far has been a masterpiece.

Read the rest of the interview here. Then go wash it down with some fondue from a bacon mug.
