I will be baking all day. I’ve been slacking a bit on the holiday stuff but todays mission is biscotti. I’ll be taking lots of pics and posting later. I also have video and pics I still need to load from class. All I can say is my class on Redlines, including Chef Ted, and killing lobsters for lobster bisque. Good times, good times.
